WTUR-FM is a NPR station located in Philadelphia PA broadcasting on the frequency 88.9 at 13,750 watts. WTUR-FM is owned by Temple University, which also used to own the PBS station WTUT, which broadcasted on channel 15 until 2004, when it was sold to RQC corporation, which owns many independant TV and radio stations.
